The short version
We collect the minimum we need to help you, we never sell it, and anything we learn about your app's security stays confidential. Because we're a security company, we hold ourselves to the standards we sell.
What we collect
When you run a free scan we store the URL you submit, the results, and, if you ask for the full report, your email. When you contact us we store what you send: your name, email, app URL, and message. Our site assistant stores the conversation so we can follow up. We log a hashed, non-reversible version of your IP address to prevent abuse.
Scanning permission
By submitting a URL to the free scan, you confirm you own or are authorized to test that app. We only check the public surface a normal visitor could reach, and we never attempt to damage, disrupt, or extract private data. Deeper testing only ever happens under a separate signed agreement.
How we use it
To run your scan, deliver your report, answer your questions, and follow up about our services. That's it. We do not sell or rent your data, and we don't publish anything about your specific app without your written consent.
Who we share it with
A small number of infrastructure providers process data on our behalf: our hosting (Vercel), our database (Supabase), our email provider, and the AI provider that powers the site assistant. Each only sees what it needs to do its job.
Keeping it safe & deleting it
Scan data and reports are kept only as long as useful, then removed. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing hello@ahmasoft.com and we will.
